Meet Brooklynn Sitowski, photographer
Brooklynn Sitowski grew up just outside Milwaukee, Wisconsin, surrounded by muscle cars, motorcycles and a love for the road less traveled. After years of climbing the corporate ladder, she traded normalcy for life on the road, traveling across the American West.
Along the way she found storytelling through film photography. She shoots mainly on 35mm and medium format film, and her work draws on Americana, nostalgia, femininity and the freedom of living life on your own terms.

After Hours: the story behind the photograph
In Tucson, Arizona, a black Porsche 911 sits in the warm afternoon sun, beside a white storefront marked with a faded orange Night Window sign.
Golden light, long shadows and subtle film grain give the scene the feel of a spontaneous road trip. The polished black bodywork and classic wheels stand out against the weathered wall.
It is a piece for a room that likes a little mood. It is also a reminder that some of the best stops are the ones you did not plan.
